Has the Going Digital programme made a difference to your research?

Has the Going Digital programme made a difference to your research? If you were designing phase 2, what would you include and why?

  1. It has made a difference. Much useful information picked up. Honed certain thinking. Discovered others approaches of others in wide range of research areas. Presentations often relevant to own research. For Phase 2 maybe a workshop on how to go completely digital and escape traditional books plus managing with Zotero or similar?

  2. Going Digital has been extremely stimulating and useful in terms of opening up new paths of doing research, collecting data, managing it, and thinking laterally about how my research could be applied in a social way and for future generations. I think key is interdisciplinary in a lot of ways.

I definitely agree with a desire for more technical seminars as I feel many institutions are lacking in that.

I would be happy to give more technical walk-throughs of Zotero and some other resources that could be used to increase productivity and manage research better (thus probably saving a lot of precious nerves!) 🙂
